The Idomitable Human Spirit

This is a 7-foot by 6.5-foot oil on canvas painting depicting rays breaching through fog and trees. This 8-month-long project is a testament to perseverance and strength and is something that I can confidently say has touched the hearts of many. I poured every last thread of my soul into this work to convey a very simple message that we all tend to forget: you will make it through. Life is temporary, and for all we know, we are only given one opportunity to relish in this existence. I always want to remind people that whatever choice they make, whatever hardships they may have on their shoulders, however bleak their circumstances are, just like life itself, it is temporary. Sunshine will make its way to the floor of your forest again.
