The turquoise water beaches of my Tropical Island, Puerto Rico, inspired me to paint their beauty of colors, light, and the Sunsets that bath the surface of the water with many shades of yellows, oranges and more. The technique I used: the multiple square strokes, in an Abstract Expressionism, are suggestive of the multiple smaller surfaces created by the almost quiet waves of the total surface but in different orientations moved by the breeze.
