Pow!

An incredible powder day skiing the Highlands Bowl in Aspen, Colorado. Some of the steepest inbounds terrain in North America. The hike is brutal but the payoff is legendary. I titled this oil painting, Pow!, for two reasons. 1. Pow is slang for fresh powdery snow 2. Protect Our Winters, POW, a nonprofit organization is working for the world's weather in many ways. Solving the climate crisis is possible with the help of the outdoor community and skiers like us. I will give 10% of this painting's profits directly to POW.
