Plein Air painting on the Oregon Coast. My friend and I planned to go through to the beach, but high wind was too much. So we painted among the sheltering trees. This was one of the access paths to the beach, but closed for restoration. Morning fog was lifting, sun was breaking through as the work progressed, giving that great foreground light with soft muted distance.
