"Snow Banks" Oil on Canvas. Inspired by the winter-white snow banks with blue-cast shadows staring at me outside my art studio. Eagerly, I picked out a canvas, applied a warm transparent wash, and outlined my landscape. The paint went on swiftly and snappy as I raced to completion before the sun went down beyond the mountains.
