Crowning Glory

When driving from town to country on Oahu,Hawaii, I easily get absorbed in the unfolding rich vistas of fertile pine fields catching the morning light. The crowning glory is the Waianae mountain range and Mount Ka'ala, the highest peak on Oahu.My imagination takes off with possibilities of future paintings I want to create. I admit to being partial to subjects such as this because these scenes define what make our islands extra special. I don’t want to ever forget.
