Orewa Morning Mist

An early start to capture mist rising from the estuary at Orewa. The water was smooth as silk and the low light brought out the colour. I used a squeegee to obtain a glasslike surface- I strive to use different qualities of mark making while at the same time maintaining figurative cohesiveness.
