This is an oil painting on primed linen canvas. It's painted from a photograph I took one August evening on the beach at Cape Henlopen State Park in Lewes, DE. I loved the evening blues with the light beaming out of the cloud formation and shimmering on the water. It was the first painting I did as a study of the water and clouds.
